AMENITIES

We offer robes, sandals, showers, lockers and beverages.

 

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to change into your robe and slippers.  Feel free to take some extra time and enjoy our tranquility room prior to your service.  All new clients will be requested to complete a profile card.  We are unable to guarantee appointments for late arrivals.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time.  Failure to cancel your appointment within the allowed time will result in a charge of your scheduled services.  This fee will be charged to the credit/debit card or gift certificate given at the time of booking.

 

Gratuities/Tipping

Cash tips are accepted at the reception desk in provided envelopes.

Gratuities are not included in package pricing.

 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for purchase at the reception desk in any amount you select.   Gift Cards are non-refundable, but can be redeemed for merchandise or services.
